Denver releases quarterback Ben DiNucci 17.06.2024

Quarterback Ben DiNucci was waived by the Denver Broncos.

The Broncos selected quarterback Bo Nix in the first round of the NFL Draft. Earlier in the offseason, the club traded Zach Wilson from the New York Jets. Also on the roster is Jarrett Stidham.

DiNucci was drafted by Dallas in the seventh round of the 2020 draft and made one start when Dak Prescott was injured.

DiNucci started last year with the XFL`s Seattle Sea Dragons before being signed to the Broncos` practice squad.

During his NFL career, he completed 23 of 43 passes for 219 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions.
