Venus with a powerful comeback 13.06.2011

One of the greatest tennis players of our time Venus Williams is back with a bang in world tennis.

American prevailed after 2 hours and 35 minutes battle 11 th-ranked Andrea Petkovic after 7:5, 5:7, 6:3.

This is the first win for Williams in Australian Open here. In Eastbourne Venus involved only his third tournament in the past 10 months.

"I'm happy I'm back on the court after a long absence. There is something to be desired in terms of my form, but still glad I'm on the court and beat," said Venus after the match.
